We had a great stay here! Best aspects were: the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to some good restaurants nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a nice selection and was delicious.

I was on the Phone for 20m with South Africa i got a bill of 750reais. Estive ao telefone 20m com a africa do sul paguei 750reias quase o valor da minha estadia.

I arrived at the Hotel at 11 pm and had to take a plan the next morning, checking out at 330 am without having had breakfast. Nevertheless I had to pay the full rate of R$ 333.50 for 4 hours without any discount. Will, therefore, not return to this Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the hypo-allergenic option. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful mountain sides. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel provided exceptional comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The location of Bourbon was perfect for exploring the city, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread at the hotel was excellent, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The swimming pool was a great facility to relax and cool off after a long day of sightseeing. Despite some minor inconveniences, the overall service was attentive and the hotel was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Belo Horizonte.

This hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. the staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice selection of options, including a nice swimming pool. In-room facilities were good, with an ethernet connection available to use. the views of the mountain sides were also a nice touch.

It's unfortunate that one staff member displayed unprofessional behavior when trying to charge extra during check-in, despite the value being agreed in the reservation.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was located in a quiet area but still close enough to walk to some nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

Our room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around and relax. the shower was not very powerful and we struggled to get hot water.
